4) Fine tuning and optimization of .NET code
 
Desired Profile At least 1 year of programming experience
* Technical grasp of Microsoft Tech. - ASP.Net, VB, VB.Net and the .Net framework
* Exposure in COM and Crystal reports.
* Hands-On 1+ year of ASP.NET development
* Advanced SQL Server concepts
 
Minimum Experience 1 years
 
Maximum Experience 3 years
