Job Description
To ensure successful delivery by managing and leading a software project team. The responsibilities include activities described in the software project lifecycle and software project management such as:
Project planning and tracking
Project design
Defect prevention
Adherence to software engineering processes

Desired Profile
Jobholder would lead a team of 50 -80 members that would comprise of software engineers, team leaders and senior software engineers.

Jobholder is expected to provide leadership and managerial inputs to the project team.
