Job Description
Years Experience
2-3 years in Information Technology (or equivalent)

Previous Work Experience

Graduate degree preferred or equivalent work experience for senior positions in Computer Science/Engineering or other related field.
Having Industry experience of nearly 2 to 3 years on Windows with SQL Server/Oracle.
Having working experience in database like SQL Server & Oracle.
Should have been worked as a Customer Support for Application in IT industry for at least 1 Year.
Banking Knowledge will be added advantage.

Desired Profile
Database backups will be monitored on a regular basis across all the sites. In an event the data needs to be restored the proper assistance would be provided.

Monitor System Health check. This would include
Monitoring the database size and disk size occupied by the captured files.
OS and Network performance monitoring and tracking.
Restorations for data (database + images) guidance and help to the users at sites.
Configuration of fallback and failover to the backup infrastructure Small Changes, Bug fixing and Enhancement delivery
Log incident reported by Level 1.
Evaluate and diagnose the incident reported. Incident shall get categorized in as Operation Error, Software Incident, Hardware Incident and Software and Hardware Incident.
Provide a work-around if the nature of the incident cannot be immediately identified.
A temporary fix will be applied once the cause is known. The incident will then be rectified and the solution will be deployed after due testing.
Every Incident except for Operation Error Incidents shall have a Defect Log drafted by Help Desk Team. Defect Log shall get updated with the work-around info, temporary fix info and finally solution provided information and release notes
