Title :Engineering Recruiter

Location:Bangalore

Job description:

Engineering Recruiter will engage in recruiting efforts and work with the Lead Recruiter to identify and

deliver resources for the engineering organization. You will assist the Lead Engineer in managing the

entire supply chain of recruitment, plan the recruitment activities and implement them.

You will be responsible to identify, source and attract strong engineering candidates, assess a high volume of candidate

applications on a daily basis and develop relationships and liaise with Hiring Managers in addition to r
epresenting Google at recruitment and trade fairs.

Qualification:

A bachelors degree; management degree with specialization in Human Resources

Experience:

1-5 years of staffing experience

Requirements:

Strong analytical skills and ability to work well with metrics, numbers, and trends.
Demonstrated professionalism, confidence, strong organizational skills, efficiency, initiative, resourcefulness and adaptability to change.
Strong communication skills ( written and spoken) and exceptional interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing environment.
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task.
Motivated self-starters who can work independently and also in teams, both functional and cross-functional.
Flexibility and ability to work in an unstructured environment.
