Job Description
- Candidate will Log all the calls, assign it to engineers, track it till closure, and update the user.
- Helpdesk coordinator will be the single point of contact to the customer/users for all IT related requirements
- Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with vendor.
- Response and Closure of incident within committed norms. Take complete ownership of the call until resolution
- Reducing Repetitive Calls
- Update the call status to Service desk, Team Leader and Users
