Engineer RF (Drive Test)

Responsibilities

This will include Drive test/ Data collection (Voice+Data calls) for CDMA network operator.
To work in conjunction with Optimization Engineer to meet required KPI's (Voice+Data) for CDMA network operator.

Skill Set

- Candidate should have hands on experience on drive test tools like Agilent (Nitro), TEMS, CAIT, Neptune, Invex etc.

Educational Background

- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering

Experience: 0.6 – 2yrs

IT - Others

Designation: Engineer RF (Optimization) – CDMA and GSM

Responsibilities
This will include Optimization of clusters/cities (Voice+Data) for CDMA network operator.
To post-process the drive test data collected by drive test engineer and to recommend optimization changes after analysis.
To produce optimization report to the CDMA network operator on timely basis.
Candidates having experience in CDMA optimization will be preferred.
Good GSM Optimization candidates can also walk-in.
Skill Set

Candidate should have hands on experience on post-processing tools such as ACTIX, MAPINFO, LDAT, TEMS Investigation and should be able to optimize network as per KPI's assigned by the operator.

Experience: 1.5 – 4yrs

Educational Background
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering
